Neglection
I’m sorry friend,
I forgot you with time,
Though I do hope you’re just fine,
Tucked away nice and neat,
So far and so deep,
Though you never forgot me,
Please do forgive my neglection,
Lord knows I don’t forgive myself,
But I do want to revive our connection.
We see the outside world,
None but Hedonistic, Horrible, Bratty liars,
Forgot the true meaning of love and pain,
Even their best are nothing that inspire,
What’s become of you all?
Why do you forget,
The beauty of us,
And all that we can,
Connect, Inspire, Make cry, Set higher,
If only you allowed us to.
So I see,
Others do not satisfy,
My needs and wants.
So I decide,
Forget the insufficiency,
That mortifies,
To create is the true beauty of life,
Make order from chaos,
Just so that You, We, I,
May be whole again,
And no longer be neglected.
